According to the The Boy Genius Report it appears that there is a finally another release date for the new Blackberry Bold. BGR reports that the bold is set to be released on October 27, 2008. They obtained this information supposedly from a leaked AT&T internal e-mail.
I've been having a lot of trouble of late with my Samssung BlackJack II and am eagerly awaiting the release of this device.Hopefully this will actually come to pass this time. If AT&T delays release again, I may consider switching providers as the other new Blackberry, the Storm, is the other phone that peaks my interest, but it is only available through Verizon. We'll see.
*** UPDATE 10/23/08 – The Bold release date has been updated… again.
Now, AT&T officially states that the Bold will go on sale starting November 4, 2008. Why they picked Election-Day is beyond me but at least it is now official!
