Day 9 and going strong! This is a traveling picture from “the backseat” . I had a Gig this morning with the KSO in Greeneville. And, instead of riding the bus, a few of us carpooled. What do musicians do on the way to a gig? Work, of course! It was like a mobile office in that car.
Conference call anybody?
I bet some of you are wondering what a “Gig” is. Well a “Gig” is is a Paid Job. In this context, it is a paid musical job. You can play music for people and at remote locations but, it’s only a “Gig” if you get paid for it! Otherwise, it’s just practice. 😉
